Scope and Contents This collection includes two copies of a typewritten list of soldiers recuited circa 1833 to 1834 to serve in Company G, United States Regiment of Dragoons under Captain Lemuel Ford. The list was created by Thomas A. Nicholas of Casper, Wyoming in circa 1966 from a roster of troops under Col. Henry Dodge and mustered "near the mouth of the Washita" on June 30, 1834.
